West Cheshire Electrical was established 40 years ago as Electrical Installation Engineers. During these years the company has carried out many prestigious contracts within the commercial and industrial sector.
However, with the introduction of the 16th Edition Wiring Regulation far greater emphasis was placed on electrical safety testing and inspection for fixed installations, fire alarms, emergency lighting and of course portable appliance testing.
As a result 10 years ago a new company, namely, WCE(Testing) Ltd. was formed solely for the purpose of portable appliance testing. The business has expanded steadily over the years and the directors believe there is plenty of room for expansion and are therefore always looking for new markets.

 

Our staff are all fully employed by the company and we do not subcontract any of our work. The engineers are professionally trained to carry out their on-site work in an efficient and professional manner. Great emphasis is placed on providing a friendly and reliable service, and the engineers will arrange their work around you in order to keep any disruption to a minimum. They are provided with modern reliable transport in order to service our clients throughout the mainland UK.
The company is very much aware of the need to be competitive in our pricing but cutting corners to save or reduce prices is not an option to us.

W.C.E.(Testing) is a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) membership restricted to Inspection & Testing which means we have regular independent assessment of the testing we carry out. We are also members of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.

West Cheshire Electrical are full members of the NICEIC and are also members of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA).
